Holderhof Syrups
The majority of the ingredients used for the production of Holderhof syrups come from local production, provided they grow in Switzerland. For exotic raw materials such as ginger or lemons, Holderhof works with selected foreign companies and trading companies. The fruit syrups contain at least 30 percent juice and are largely certified organic. The “100% Switzerland” syrup line has a particularly strong regional focus and contains only raw materials from traditional Swiss agriculture.
