The export business has become an important pillar for Holderhof Produkte AG. One success factor is the special own-brand concept, which is also aimed at smaller buyers abroad.

This summer, the newly built herb drying plant in Ufhofen went into operation. It produces up to 100 tonnes of dried herbs per year. These grow on organic cultivation areas that are practically within sight of the plant, which enables fast processing and drying.

Ginger juice is popular. Certainly among those who have come to terms with the spiciness in the finish. Holderhof produces ginger shots in organic quality for its customers at home and abroad.

With the new solar plant on the fruit processing centre in Sulgen, Holderhof Produkte AG is making itself less dependent on electricity market turbulence. In the long term, the company wants to produce as much solar power itself as is consumed at all its sites.

This autumn, the fruit processing centre in Sulgen went into operation. Direct apple juice is produced there instead of the concentrate usually used in the industry. The Holderhof company is thus reacting to the increasing popularity of direct juice among customers.

Holderhof Produkte AG is constantly developing innovative beverages not only for its own product line, but above all on behalf of its customers. Holderhof quality is inside, but iced tea & co. are increasingly sold under their own brand.

Holderhof Produkte AG invests in the local cultivation of raspberries for processing in the new fruit processing centre in Sulgen.

Valuable extract is obtained from the picked elderflowers and used in syrups.
